1. Return Policy

We take pride in ensuring that each product meets our strict quality standards. If you wish to return a product, please note the following:

Eligibility Criteria

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

- All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date (for some items this is extended to 60 days, see product page).

- Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set.

Return Shipping

- If your return is due to a product defect, damage during shipment, or a fulfilment error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.

- For returns initiated for personal reasons (e.g. a change of mind), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Experience team at support@serenemoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will verify your eligibility and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions.

3. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.


2. Refund Policy

We design our products to deliver meaningful results when used as directed. If you feel your purchase has not met your expectations, you may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

- Refunds are limited to one product per order and available for first-time purchases only.

- Refunds are not issued for taste preferences, as taste is subjective and does not reflect product quality.

- In cases where the product has been opened, we may require evidence of consistent use and that at least 75% of the product remains.

Refund Method

- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders.


3. Safeguarding the Policy

To maintain the integrity of our policies and ensure fairness for all customers:

- Our “No-Results Guarantee” is available once per customer.

- Accounts or orders exhibiting patterns of excessive returns may be flagged, and future purchases may not qualify for refunds.

- We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.

5. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

- If an international shipment is refused or returned due to customs clearance issues or non-delivery, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
